Crime Description
Under U.S. criminal law, soliciting or encouraging another person to commit homicide (and agreeing with others to bring about another person's death) is a felony. Conspiracy to commit murder exists when two or more people agree to kill someone and take at least some step toward accomplishing it; solicitation is specifically asking, instructing, or encouraging another to commit murder.
