Crime Description

Publicly urging or encouraging imminent lawless action (a riot or violent conduct) can be criminal (incitement) when the speech is directed to producing imminent lawless action and is likely to produce such action. Deliberately impersonating another person or falsely representing oneself to inflame a crowd may further support criminal liability for disorderly conduct or related offenses.
